Daily Reminders

I’ve collected these ideas over the years.

They have helped me and I hope they can help you.

My Daily Reminders

1.  Are you are running toward something or away from “it”?
2.  Talk is cheap. Action pays the bills.
3.  I’m where I am because of:
—–  My life experiences
—–  My personal choices
—–  How I processed #1 and #2—positively or negatively
4.  Helping others makes my problems smaller
5.  All days are good days — some days are better than others
6.  Don’t lose the “war” between your ears
7.  Exercise daily — mentally and physically
8.  Did I give my best efforts to today’s activities?
9.  Be the hardest working person in the room
10.  The Bs…..Be kind….Be honest….Be grateful…Be happy….Be YOU
11.  Use the “Count on Me” words…..Yes, I can and I will
12. Your life experiences — Are they your excuse or your motivation?
13.  You only go as far as your five closest friends
14.  Always set a good example
15.  Don’t let anyone steal your “good day”

I hope they can help you

Don’t Just

Don’t just learn, experience.

Don’t just read, absorb.

Don’t just change, transform.

Don’t just relate, advocate.

Don’t just promise, prove.

Don’t just criticize, encourage.

Don’t just think, ponder.

Don’t just take, give.

Don’t just see, feel.

Don’t just dream, do.

Don’t just hear, listen.

Don’t just talk, act.

Don’t just tell, show.

Don’t just exist, live.”
